InspirOn Engineering Pvt. Ltd., came into being in 1973-74 as the manufacturing division of A.T.E., located in the western part of India, Ahmedabad, about 500 kms north of Mumbai. InspirOn Engineering tied up with German firm C.Eugen Maier Metallverarbeitung GmbH for technical collaboration and commenced commercial production in 1975 for manufacturing high- speed, light aluminium alloy flyers. There has been no looking back since then and till now,InspirOn has sold over 5 million flyers across the globe. InspirOn Engineering is a TUV NORD certified company since 1998 and now certified with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 with a production capacity of more than 1,50,000 flyers per year.

InspirOn has been the sole supplier of flyers to all Indian Roving Frame manufacturers since its inception in 1975 and from 1993 major supplier to all European Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Popularly known brand name of our Flyer "A.T.E" has undergone change of brand name to "InspirOn". The flyers are supplied to Indian, European and Chinese OEMs like, Marzoli in Italy and India, Electro Jet in Spain and India, Saurer in Germany, China and India, Grossenhainer in Germany, Lakshmi Machine Works in India. More than 50,000 InspirOn Flyers are running successfully on various Chinese OEM roving frames like SaurerJintan Textile Machinery Co. Ltd.,HebeiTaihang Textile Machinery Co. Ltd., Qing Dao Over World Group Co. Ltd., Jiangsu Hongyuan Textile Machinery Co. Ltd to name a few.
The company has replaced over 100,000 flyers of various models of Toyoda & Howa roving frames across the world. Yes, as InspirOn's manufacturing covers all popular sizes of flyers,suitable for various makes
and models of roving frames, most of the time, InspirOn is able to offer flyers and related
accessories from existing product range.
The customer can communicate exact requirements by filling up the standard Questionnaire
provided by InspirOn. The questionnaire needs to be filled in completely giving all
dimensions/details. Duly filled in questionnaire can be sent directly to InspirOn,
can be routed through agent or e-mailed. After ascertaining the requirement InspirOn will submit
a counter sample for customer's approval based on which the bulk supply can be effected.
3 - 5 weeks from the date of receipt of sample approval / Letter of Credit.
InspirOn has in their regular manufacturing program flyer made with Maier technology. However,
False Twisters for other make of flyers can be supplied. For Pressers, please refer your
inquiries to us.
Although there may not be any major problems with similar execution and type of flyers, InspirOn
does not recommend running flyers in conjunction with different make of flyers especially when
both, open and closed type of flyers are used on a single machine.
