Electrical Engineer (Engineering Services / KPO)

No. of Positions: 2 Nos

Department: Engineering Services / KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)

Age: 27 to 30 Years

Reports to: General Manager (Engineering Services)

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad

Education: Bachelors in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics. Automation course preferred.

Experience:

  • 5 - 7 years of handling international customers.
  • Experience in global work environment handling electrical project activities for international customers.
  • Well conversant with electrical engineering standards including E-Plan software.
  • Experience of control panel wiring in food or pharma industries.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD software and PLM environment is essential.
  • Knowledge of 3D wiring is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate electrical project drawings with all recommended standards.
  • Create E-Plan MACROS to minimize drawing cycle time.
  • Work in PLM and remote desktop applications.
  • Present and convince customers regarding E-Plan parameters.

Engineer CREO

Department: Engineering Services / KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing)

Age: Around 27 Years

Reports to: General Manager (Engineering Services)

Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad

Education: Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of handling international customers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD, CREO and SolidWorks.
  • Experience in food industries is an added advantage.
  • PLM work environment experience will be given weightage.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes like sheet metal, weldment and handling large assemblies.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate mechanical project drawings with all recommended standards.
  • Evaluate designs and add value to customer requirements.
  • Present and convince customers with technical reasoning.
  • Create MACROS to minimize drawing cycle time and work in PLM.

Sr. Engineer (Tool Design)

No. of Positions: 1 No

Department: Tool Design, Precision Engineered Solution

Age: Around 27 Years

Reports to: General Manager

Location: Chandial, Ahmedabad

Education: BE (Mechanical) or Diploma in Tool & Die Making (IGTR) / Post Diploma in Tool Design (IGTR)

Experience:

  • 5 - 10 years hands-on experience in a similar position.
  • Thorough knowledge of tool & die design activities.
  • Expertise in UG NX 6 or above.
  • Experience in Aluminium Die Casting Industries preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design new tool and die development work (GDC & LPDC).
  • Interact technically with CFT (Tool and Die Design) as per customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of APQP, foundry processes, CNC/VMC operations is necessary.

Officer (Stores)

Department: Stores

Age: Around 27 Years

Reports to: Head of Department

Location: Odhav / Chandial, Ahmedabad

Education: B.Com or Graduate

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years in a similar position in an engineering/manufacturing company.
  • Thorough knowledge of stores and dispatch activities.
  • Proficiency in ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle assigned stores related activities independently.
  • Timely delivery of sub-contracting materials to vendors.
  • Prepare Delivery Challan and E-way Bills in the system.
  • Maintain material receipt, issue and return records.
  • Ensure daily material consumption entries in ERP and verify with actual stock.

Operator - VTL (4 Nos)

No. of Positions: 4 Nos

Department: CNC Machine Shop

Age: Around 25-30 Years

Reports to: In-charge (CNC)

Location: Chandial

Education: I.T.I (Machinist / Turner / IGTR) OR DME

Experience:

  • 3 - 10 years OR Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Having hands on machining experience of Operating and Setting of VTL Machine with preferably Fanuc controller based on Engineering Drawing.

Operator - HMC (1 Nos)

No. of Positions: 1 Nos

Department: CNC Machine Shop

Age: Around 25-30 Years

Reports to: In-charge (CNC)

Location: Odhav / Chandial

Education: I.T.I (Machinist / Turner / IGTR) OR DME

Experience:

  • 2 - 10 years OR Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 years

Responsibilities:
