General Manager / Sr. Manager (Marketing)

Department: Marketing

Age: 35 to 40 years

Reports to: Managing Director

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education: Bachelor of Textiles with MBA / Diploma in Marketing Management

Job Purpose: To build & sustain high brand equity for flyers & its business development including sales

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years hands on field experience in Marketing Industrial products globally.
  • Experience in marketing of Textile Spinning equipment / accessories will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Textile Spinning accessories to OEM's and for replacement (actual users') in domestic & export market.
  • Marketing & establishing InspirOn brand / products globally.
  • Managing Domestic & Export channel partners.
  • Train his sales team members for customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for sales team performance for achievement of sales targets.
  • Prepare market status and MIS reports for InspirOn Management as required.
  • Review continuously technical / commercial issues of customer and discuss internally for its timely resolution.

Skills:

  • Should have pleasing personality.
  • Very good communicational skills, both oral and written.

Personality:

  • System oriented.
  • Result oriented with clear focus on high quality and on department objectives.
  • Able to get on with others and be a team player.
  • Flexible to travel abroad and have open mind for other cultures.

Computer Exposure:

Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Business Development – Engineering Service)

Department: Engineering Services (KPO – Knowledge Process Outsourcing)

Location: Ahmedabad

Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Technology

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 - 10 years hands on experience of marketing engineering services business Preferably, should have travelled to EU & US for business meetings with customers
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Key Account Management
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Key Offerings - Engineering Services, Product Design, CAD, CAM & CAE, Onsite & Offshore business support
  • Overlap in Europe / USA working hours
  • International travelling
  • Different marketing strategies including Digital Marketing

  • Develop new territory in North American and Europe markets

Education: I.T.I (Machinist / Turner / IGTR) OR DME

Experience:

  • 3 - 10 years OR Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Having hands on machining experience of Operating and Setting of VTL Machine with preferably Fanuc controller based on Engineering Drawing.

Operator - HMC (3 Nos)

No. of Positions: 3 Nos

Department: CNC Machine Shop

Age: Around 25-30 Years

Reports to: In-charge (CNC)

Location: Odhav / Chandial

Education: I.T.I (Machinist / Turner / IGTR) OR DME

Experience:

  • 2 - 10 years OR Diploma (Mech.) with 3-5 years

Responsibilities:
