Chamber Design
Basic configuration
- Isotherm zone at entry & exit, to minimize condensation.
- Modular design makes it adaptable to changing performance requirements.
- Optimum accessibility.
- Space-saving construction.
- Overall height of only 1735 mm.
- Foundation pits not required.
- Minimum pipeline work located on one side of the machine.
- Drawable lint filters.
- By-pass arrangement to avoid nozzle marks.
Mechanical and Electrical equipment
- All drive elements located outside the heated chamber and hence, easily accessible.
- No lubrication points in the chamber.
- Close loop control for better fabric handling.
- Parameter control with PLC are also offered.
- Central operation from the control desk via push-buttons and selector switches.
Energy Saving
- Special insulation panelling of high density material for low heat radiation, 150 mm thick insulation panels.
- Careful sealing of all insulation panels and chamber accesses with special material.
- Flexible air locks at the fabric entry and exit opening adjusted as per the width of the fabric.
Benefits
- High productivity.
- Easy maintenance.
- Optimum utilization of energy.
- Very low radiation loss.
