Mechanical and Electrical equipment

  • All drive elements located outside the heated chamber and hence, easily accessible.
  • No lubrication points in the chamber.
  • Close loop control for better fabric handling.
  • Parameter control with PLC are also offered.
  • Central operation from the control desk via push-buttons and selector switches.

Energy Saving

  • Special insulation panelling of high density material for low heat radiation, 150 mm thick insulation panels.
  • Careful sealing of all insulation panels and chamber accesses with special material.
  • Flexible air locks at the fabric entry and exit opening adjusted as per the width of the fabric.
