This includes die cast aluminum components, precision machined parts, customized engineering parts, value added engineering assemblies & engineering services. Our 5500 sqm. facility houses state-of-the art designing facility, die casting machines, surface finishing equipments, CNC machines and dedicated assembly lines designed on lean manufacturing principles.

Concept to Calibration (CTC)

InspirOn provides precision engineered services that cover the entire development cycle for an engineering assembly or sub-assembly preferably with Aluminium die cast components. We have the experience and expertise to manage a product development right from a concept to calibration stage for the final assembly.

Advantage for US and EU customers: Reduction in cost by 30% to 40% as compared to European and American costs. This is mainly due to manufacturing of components, outsourcing of balanced parts for the assembly / subassembly, quality assurance, assembly and testing is being done in India by InspirOn. Customer can eventually discontinue their own assembly line and procure duly tested assembly from InspirOn.

Steps for executing CTC project at InspirOn:

	InspirOn gets samples of products (assembly / sub assembly) and or drawings of the components from the customer.
	InspirOn studies the samples, drawings and application of the product, works out estimated cost of components, availability, seeks technical clarity from the customer, works out a quote for the complete assembly and discusses with Customer.
	Technical person from InspirOn visits customer to understand technical details of the product and set up which may be required for manufacturing and testing.
	Bridges technical gap between information available with customer and technical requirements for the product, this becomes necessary for those products which are not manufactured by customer themselves. Customer's vendors may not part with proprietary technical information for manufacturing the product.
	On agreement of price and development time, development work starts
	Customer supports InspirOn in procurement of imported items, if any, erecting equivalent setup for manufacturing and testing at InspirOn.
