The performance of any flyer depends as much on its own design attributes as on the accessories.

InspirOn manufactures all the major accessories related to flyers which work towards improved productivity and increased life of the flyers leading to consistent quality of roving.

The range of accessories includes False Twisters and Pressers :

False Twisters :

The purpose of false twister is twofold. Firstly, it imparts a false twist to the roving, thus strengthening it as well as helping to avoid the liberation of loose fibers in the flyer. Secondly, the false twister serves as a guide to the roving as it enters the hollow arm.

InspirOn supplies a wide range of false twisters moulded from Rubber, Polyurethane or PVC depending on the application. These twisters are designed for various makes of roving frames and are compatible with all makes of flyers.

Presser :

The Presser helps in compact and uniform winding of the bobbin. The presser is made from aluminium or steel, depending upon the type of flyer. InspirOn supplies a wide variety of presser for different types of flyers such as SYC, AC and AC Top driven (suspended).

For special applications like worsted and acrylic spinning, InspirOn also offers pressers with wear resistant treatment to enhance the life of the presser.

InspirOn recommends the use of its own pressers and false twisters on its flyers. Besides getting best results from the presser assembly it also means that no dynamic rebalancing is required when an InspirOn presser is replaced on an InspirOn flyer.
