Manager (Quality Assurance)

Qualification B.E. (Mechanical) with 12 years experience / Diploma
(Mech.) with 15 - 17 years experience
Reporting to VP (Design, Process and Business Development)
Experience 8- 10 years in Quality activities
Job description  
  • Having worked in responsible position in Quality management section of engineering industry for at least 5 years and is able to lead team of quality engineers
  • Essential: Having knowledge of Quality management tools like SQC, ISO 9000
  • Establishing processes and system at Vendor's end
  • Hands on working experience with ERP System
  • Has to be competent for inspection / quality assurance of sheet metal (capital goods) and casting products
  • Preferable: Exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools and working in machine building industry
  • Exposure to machining of aluminum die casting components & SS investment casting machining
  • Exposure to Quality tools like Cp, Cpk analysis
  • Good command over English language, working knowledge of MS Office
  • Communication ability in Gujarati language preferred.

Engineer (Engineering Services)

Position Engineer CAD / CAM
Qualifications Diploma Mechanical or B.E. (Mechanical)
Age Below 30 years
Job description Preparing / doing assignments as per foreign customer’s requirement. Wherein, the assignments will be:

a. conversion from 2D to 3D (different software’s)
b. conversion from Hardcopy to 3D
c. Value engineering à cost reduction
d. Detailed engineering à cost reduction
e. CAM
Experience 2 – 5 years
Necessary Knowledge of CAD / CAM software including hands-on experience on any one software (Ug Nx, ProE, Solidworks, Inventor) for at least 2 years.
