InspirOn Engineering Private Limited (IEPL) is the world’s largest manufacturer of high performance aluminium flyers having manufactured and sold over 3.2 million of these critical textile components around the world under the brand name of InspirOn Flyer. In addition IEPL is a specialty foundry equipped with machining capabilities.

Set up in the year 1973, IEPL today has core competencies in tool designing, engineering solutions metallurgy, die-casting, dynamic balancing and surface finishing. In its sprawling plant at Ahmedabad, IEPL also manufactures all the major accessories related to flyers, which work towards improved productivity and increased life of flyers leading to consistent quality of roving. IEPL is ISO 9001 certified in the design, development and manufacturing of this exacting product.

The company has emerged as a global leader with over 75% of the company’s turnover being exported to OEMs in European countries like Germany, Netherlands and Italy. IEPL products meet the global replacement demand in countries like Argentina, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, the United States, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.

IEPL is also a licensee of the world-renowned textile processing machinery manufacturer A. Monforts Textilemaschinen GmbH & Co. K G. It manufactures Stenters of International quality with innovative features and superior design.It is sold under the brandname of Motex Stenter.

Its modern manufacturing plant at Ahmedabad has a capacity to produce a finishing line consisting of a padder and a stenter to suit customer requirements. The current model Twin Air assures optimum utilization of chemicals and heat, low downtime and minimum maintenance. This has made the Twin Air the optimum choice in terms of cost-effectiveness along with quality conscious amongst export oriented textile processors.

Being equipped with a non-ferrous foundry and machine tools IEPL also makes other components like endrings for textile rotary screen-printing machine, pins, clips and chains for stenter frames used for textile finishing, and press metal automobile components. Most recently, volumeter assemblies for gasoline dispensing units have also been developed.

IEPL’s most recent endeavour is to leverage its strengths in design and manufacturing to emerge as engineering components and contract manufacturing expert. Being equipped with a state of art CAD & CAM facility, in house manufacturing as well as the reliable base of the group’s vendors, IEPL has complete solution to offer its customers covering from concept to calibration.
